Dimension Development Names Joe Frasca as Vice President of Food and Beverage

Natchitoches, LA. (December 2017): Dimension Development is pleased to announce Joe Frasca as Vice President of Food and Beverage.

Joe Frasca has a distinguished career in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he served as Regional Manager for F&F Realty in Chicago, supporting the company's portfolio of hotels and restaurants in the Chicago area. Prior to this position, Joe served as General Manager for the Crowne Plaza Detroit Riverfront for ICD Sitra, repositioning this hotel for success as part of the Detroit economic renaissance. Frasca's career also includes 19 years with White Lodging, serving as Director of Food and Beverage, General Manager, Market Vice President of Ops, and Vice President of Food and Beverage. Frasca also was the owner/operator of J. Rocco Italian Table in Chicago for 2 years. Frasca's career also includes 4 years as Director of Ops for McCormick Place Food Service Partners, a partnership between the Levy Restaurants and McCormick Place in Chicago, one of the world's largest convention/exhibition centers. Throughout his career, Joe and his leadership teams drove key metrics and delivered premium results relative to guest experience excellence, associate and leadership development, and market leading revenue and returns to all stakeholders.

Dimension Development’s portfolio reaches 60 hotels with the addition of the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites

This addition marks their 60th hotel in the portfolio. "This is an important milestone for us as we will continue to work with our ownership partners in selecting high quality hotels in desirable markets that provide great returns," said Craig Stechman, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Dimension Development.

Located in downtown Indianapolis, IN, the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites is walking distance to the convention center, Circle Centre Mall, and the minutes from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Indianapolis Airport (IND). The hotel features 332 guest rooms and suites, 28,000 square feet of meeting space, a full-service restaurant, 120-West Bar & Grill, as well as a McCormick & Schmick's. Pat has a long and distinguished career in hospitality. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, CA, where Pat was recognized as the 2015 Hilton Hotels & Resorts – Americas, Sales Team of the Year, and 2015 Director of Sales & Marketing of the Year, Davidson Hotels & Resorts. Prior to this position, Pat served as the opening Director of Sales & Marketing for the flagship Hotel Indigo San Diego Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, CA, where he was recognized as the 2012 Director of Sales & Marketing of the Year, Hotel Indigo Brand.

Breann Levinson - Prior to finding her passion for hospitality, Breann was a corporate service trainer for a popular restaurant chain and a Human Resources assistant at a law firm. Bree started at Hyatt Regency Westlake 10 years ago as a Sales & Catering Assistant. She was quickly promoted to Restaurant supervisor and then Restaurant Manager due to her F&B roots. After a few years, her role transitioned to Food and Beverage Manager overseeing both restaurant and banquet departments.
She attributes her past success to leading with integrity and being a strong example for her team. Breann also tries to incorporate fun, and laughter in every day. She has a 'whistle while you work' type of management style. She looks forward to further developing herself in her new role, and continuing to contribute to the success of the operation.

Dimitrios Dimopulos - Dimitrios has been with the Hyatt Regency Westlake for eleven years and has been responsible for the day to day operations of all areas of Food and Beverage, including "We Proudly Brew Starbucks", fine dining restaurant, bar, room service operations and banquets. During this time, he also assumed the Task Force role in the Food and Beverage department for high business volume properties, including Andaz West Hollywood, CA and the Radisson Hotel in Bloomington, MN.

Dimitrios graduated from a vocational school in Bonn, Germany and has since worked in the Food and Beverage industry in both Germany and Greece.
