CHSP, Sr. Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing for Dimension Development Company, Craig is responsible for all top line revenue performance for a current portfolio of 48 hotels throughout the U.S.
This is familiar territory for Craig, since this is his third decade in the hospitality sales arena with the last thirteen years in similar positions, including a five year tenure at Windsor Capital Group in Santa Monica and eight years with Hersha Hospitality Management in Philadelphia.
He has had experience opening many hotels, training literally hundreds of salespeople and working with top clients representing owners and managers with most major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and has previously held regional and national sales director positions with Choice hotels.
He began his career in the food and beverage side of the business and entered hotel sales with Hershey Entertainment and Resort Company at the Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge and Convention Center.
Craig is alum of Penn State’s Hospitality Program and has attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
In his free time, Craig loves motorcycling, boating and fishing with family and friends.
What he loves most about his job is working with people; especially salespeople and clients and the long term relationships that result from this great business. His most gratifying moments are when people he has worked with advance in their careers and experience continued success.
